His work has delivered measurable results, including reducing Total Recordable Incident Rates (TRIR) from 6.7 to 0.06, strengthening safety and compliance systems, and successfully working with OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory agencies during audits, investigations, and enforcement matters.
Clay’s Master of Jurisprudence (M.Jur.) from Texas A&M University School of Law enables him to evaluate risk, interpret regulatory and employment requirements, and anticipate consequences—providing clients guidance that is both practical and defensible.
